Call for preventive roof repair
Last summer, Mr. Tremblay called on our services to repair his roof as a preventive measure. Given the advanced age of his flat roof, Mr. Tremblay did not want to take any risks, even if no water infiltration or other roofing problem had occurred to date. On a beautiful sunny day, our team arrives at Mr. Tremblay's home. As soon as we begin the work — oh surprise! —, we observe the presence of a little rotten wood.

There is ultimately a lot of rotten wood... In fact, the entire roof structure is invaded by rot! Renovating the roof turns out to be more complicated than expected.
