Established in 1924 by René Perron, a leader in roofing and tinsmithing, René Perron Couvreurs employed a team of 10 men. After 3 years, the team expanded to approximately 50 employees.
In 1946, René’s son Michel joined the team. He was President of the company from 1981 to 2003 and now occupies the position of Special Advisor. René’s grandson, Jacques, has now taken on the role of company President. Jacques Perron is a very devoted businessman who is intimately involved in the company and with the employees. He is often seen on the worksite with his employees in order to ensure that the work is carried out meticulously while respecting all regulations and the Building Code. Thanks to his desire to excel and his work ethic, he has become a leader in the roofing industry in Montréal. Our company is proud to offer superior-quality services and materials, which is why we have received the Consumer’s Choice Award for 5 consecutive years.

Having understood that a company’s workforce is the key to its success and strength, we ensure that all of our employees undergo health and safety training on a regular basis.
